Use the Claim Summary report to get an easy view of insurance claims and related data (for example, policyholder information, patients, and claim statuses).

1. Select Reporting.
   
   ezyVet shows the reports that are available for you to use.
2. In the left sidebar, find and select Claim Summary.
   ezyVet shows the report settings.
   Trouble: If ezyVet does not show Claim Summary, your user account does not have the Claim Summary report permission. Contact your practice manager.
3. In the Report Format section, select Excel or CSV.
   
4. Make settings as necessary.
5. Select Print.
   
   ezyVet downloads the report to your device.
