Set the templates that ezyVet uses to send appointment confirmation messages

ezyVet can automatically send appointment confirmation messages as email and as SMS messages. A practice manager can set the email template and SMS template that ezyVet automatically uses for the messages. The templates control the message content and formatting.

To set the templates, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Templates.

  3. Select Clinical Settings.

  4. In the Appointment Email Confirmation box, select the applicable email template.

  5. In the Appointment SMS Confirmation box, select the applicable SMS template.
  6. Select Save.

    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

  7. If your ezyVet site uses a department or business unit configuration:
    1. Select Change Department.

      ezyVet shows an Open Department Settings dialog box.
    2. In the Department box, select the applicable department or business unit.
    3. Select Open Settings.
      ezyVet shows the Clinical Settings tab of the different department or business unit.
    4. Set the email and SMS templates as necessary.
    5. Select Save.
    6. Do steps (a) thru (e) for the remaining departments and business units as necessary.
ezyVet automatically uses the templates for the messages.
