Remote consent forms for appointments
ezyVet can automatically send a remote consent form when you schedule an appointment for a client.
A remote consent form shows in a client’s web browser. The client enters an electronic signature in the form to accept agree applicable fees and conditions for the appointment.
{AppointmentConsentFormLink} template variable, a practice manager must configure your ezyVet site with an online portal.This table gives information about each step to configure and use ezyVet for remote consent forms:

| 5 | Staff use the appointment type to schedule a client appointment. As a result, ezyVet sends an appointment confirmation message that includes a link to the consent form. |
