Sign in to ezyVet Connect initially

After a practice manager configures the ezyVet Connect integration, an initial sign-in is necessary to use the app.

  • Make sure that your ezyVet site has a configured integration for ezyVet Connect
  • Download and install ezyVet Connect on your mobile device
  • Make sure that you have access to the QR code for initial sign-in to ezyVet Connect
    Note: If you do not have access to the QR code, speak to your practice manager. After a practice manager configures the ezyVet Connect integration, the integration screen shows the QR code that you must use in step 3.
To sign in to ezyVet Connect initially, do this procedure.
  1. Use your mobile device to open ezyVet Connect.
  2. Select Open Camera.

  3. Scan the QR code.
  4. Select Add account.

  5. Enter your ezyVet username and password. Then, select Continue.

  6. Enter a 4-digit PIN.

  7. Select Take New Photo and use your device's camera to make a profile picture.

ezyVet Connect opens your ezyVet site.
