Important information before you use ezyVet Connect
Before you use ezyVet Connect, it is important to know how
the app operates with PDF attachments and images.
To open PDF attachments, you must select the feather button of the applicable attachment.

IDEXX customer support recommends that you do not open
images in ezyVet Connect (for example, the patient
photo in a patient record). This is because you cannot close the image after you
open it. The only method to close the image is to close ezyVet Connect and open the app again.
