Add a master problem to a clinical record

After you add a master problem to a clinical record, other staff can easily know about the patient's health problems.

To add a master problem, do this procedure.
  1. Select Clinical.

  2. In the left sidebar, find and select the applicable clinical record.
    ezyVet shows the settings of the clinical record.
  3. Select Clinical Exam.

    Trouble: If ezyVet does not show the Diagnostics and Treatments button, select View By Group:

  4. Adjacent to Master Problems, select the plus button.

    ezyVet shows the New Animal Master Problem dialog box.
  5. In the Condition box, select the applicable master problem.

    If the configured master problem has information in its Description box, ezyVet automatically puts the same information in the Description box of the dialog box:

    Trouble: If the Condition box does not show the applicable master problem, speak to your practice manager.
  6. If the master problem is not historical, select Condition Active.

  7. If the master problem is very important, select Critical.

  8. In the Condition Specifics box, enter information about the master problem that is applicable to the patient.

  9. Select Add.
