Disable a product group

A practice manager can disable a product group. For example, if your organization does not use blood transfusion procedures, a practice manager can disable the product group that has the procedures.

Make sure that the product group does not have enabled product records.
To disable a product group, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Products.

  3. Select Product Groups.

    ezyVet shows the configured product groups of your site.
  4. Use the left sidebar to find and select the applicable product group.

  5. Select Disable.

  6. Select Disable.

ezyVet disables the product group.
