Add a batch number and batch expiration date to a product

After you receive inventory products, you can add a batch number and an expiration date to the products.

Make sure that the applicable product has a batch-tracking configuration.
To add the batch information, do this procedure.
  1. Select Financial.

  2. Select Inventory Adjustment.

    ezyVet shows the New Inventory Adjustment screen.
  3. If necessary, use the Date box and the Time box to adjust the date and time.

  4. In the Item box, select the applicable product.

  5. In the Qty box, enter the applicable product quantity.

  6. Double-click the Batch box.

    ezyVet shows the New Batch screen.
  7. In the Batch box, enter a batch number.
  8. In the Expiry box, enter the batch expiration date.
  9. Select Save & Close.

  10. Select Save.

    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

The product has the batch information.
