Credit limit statuses
A credit limit status tells you important information about a client’s credit quantity. ezyVet automatically shows a credit limit status in the left sidebar of each ezyVet client contact record. And ezyVet shows a credit limit status in the invoicing screen for the applicable invoices.
Credit limit status | Function |
---|---|
OK | The client’s credit quantity is satisfactory. You can approve invoices for the client. |
WARNING | The client’s credit quantity is more than the Warn value that a practice manager entered in the credit limit settings. But it is not more than the Stop value that a practice manager entered. If a client has the WARNING status, you can continue to approve invoices for the client. If necessary, tell the client to pay the applicable invoices. |
STOP | The client’s credit quantity is more than the Stop value that a practice manager configured in the credit limit settings. If a client has the STOP credit limit status:
