Access to reports

ezyVet has a set of report permissions. A practice manager uses report permissions to control the access that staff have to reports. For example, a practice manager can configure the report permissions to prevent access to some reports for a specified staff member.

Report permissions

Report permissions have almost the same function as user account permissions. To give access to a report, select the applicable permission. To stop the access, clear the permission.

If a staff member does not have the applicable report permission for a report, the Reporting primary tab does not show the report.

The name of a report permission is usually related to the name of the report. For example, to give access to the Aged Receivables report, select the Aged Receivables permission.
