You can use ezyVet Scan to send information about completed inventory transfers to different persons. For example, you could send an email that has inventory transfer information to the staff member who receives the products of an applicable inventory transfer. Then, they can use the information to make sure that they received the correct products.

1. Select the menu button.
   
   ezyVet Scan shows the ezyVet Scan pane.
2. Select Inventory Transfer.
   
   ezyVet Scan shows an Inventory Transfer pane.
3. Select Submitted.
   
   ezyVet Scan shows completed inventory transfers.
4. Select the applicable inventory transfer.
5. Select the print button.
   
   ezyVet Scan shows a Preview screen.
6. Select Share.
   
   Your device shows methods that are available for you to send messages with.
7. Select Mail.
   
8. Enter the necessary information for the email.
9. Select the send button.
