The user account of the staff member that dispensed the medication does not have the applicable permissions
Change the permissions of the applicable user account
A practice manager or a person with the necessary administrator permissions must do these steps.
- Select Admin.
- In the settings list, select Users/Resources.
- Select Users.
- In the User Settings section, select Vet.
