Diagnostic test integrations: Open a diagnostic result
Most diagnostic test integrations for ezyVet show diagnostic results directly in the applicable clinical record in ezyVet. As a result, it is easy to know which results are for which patient.
Note: This procedure uses an example diagnostics supplier of Ganymede Diagnostics. When you do this procedure, you use the diagnostics supplier of the applicable diagnostics integration. For example, the result of this task shows Ganymede Diagnostics as the diagnostics supplier. But if you use the VetLab Station integration for in-house diagnostics, the diagnostics supplier can show VetLab Station in its name.
If you are not sure which diagnostics supplier to look for in a diagnostic result, contact your practice manager.
Tip: To find and show all diagnostic results, use the Diagnostics dashboard tab. Each diagnostic result that the Diagnostics dashboard tab shows has a link that you can select to open the applicable clinical record.
- Select Clinical.The left sidebar shows clinical records of your ezyVet site.
- Select Diagnostics and Treatments.Trouble: If ezyVet does not show the Diagnostics and Treatments button, select View By Group:
- Go to the Diagnostic Result section.
Note: Different diagnostics integrations can show result information differently.
