Types of CUBEX data sync

If your organization has the CUBEX integration, ezyVet syncs data between ezyVet and the CUBEX system. The synced data has different types. Each type identifies a change that you made or a change that the system made. For example, if you schedule a dispense, the data sync has a sync type of Sync Profile.

The Dispense Cabinet Events section of the Dispense Cabinets dashboard tab includes an Event Type column. The Event Type column shows data sync types. This table shows each data sync type that the column can show and the information that it identifies:
Data sync typeInformation
Sync ProfileThe Sync Profile sync type identifies that you synced a scheduled dispense to the CUBEX system. For example, if you sync a medication to a cabinet, the data sync type of the entry is Sync Profile.
Note: If you add a product that you keep in a CUBEX cabinet to a clinical record, ezyVet automatically syncs the scheduled dispense to the cabinet.
Unsync ProfileThe Unsync Profile sync type identifies that you removed the scheduled dispense from ezyVet and the CUBEX system.
Note: ezyVet tells the cabinet to remove a scheduled dispense if these conditions agree:
  1. You add a product that you keep in a CUBEX cabinet to a clinical record
  2. You remove the product from a clinical record
Sync ConsultThe Sync Consult sync type identifies that you synced a clinical record to the CUBEX system.
Unsync ConsultThe Unsync Consult sync type identifies that the CUBEX system automatically removed a clinical record from its system after a period.
Note: The CUBEX system could automatically remove a clinical record from its system after a period. After the system removes the clinical record, the system syncs data to ezyVet to identify that its system does not have the clinical record.
Note: The period before the CUBEX system removes a clinical record from its system is 24 hours.
Billing TriggerThe Billing Trigger sync type identifies that you:
  • Used the CUBEX system to make a temporary patient record
  • Dispensed a product for the temporary patient record
