Statuses of CUBEX data syncs

If your organization has the CUBEX integration, ezyVet syncs data between ezyVet and the CUBEX system. The Dispense Cabinets dashboard tab shows an entry for each data sync. Each entry has a status. For example, if ezyVet completed the data sync, the entry has the Complete status.

The Dispense Cabinet Events section of the Dispense Cabinets dashboard tab includes a Status column. The status column shows the different statuses. The table that follows shows each status and the information that it identifies:
StatusInformation
PendingAn entry of the Dispense Cabinets Events section has the Pending status before ezyVet syncs the data to the CUBEX system.
ProcessingAn entry of the Dispense Cabinets Events section has the Processing status if a data sync from ezyVet to the CUBEX system is in progress.
IgnoredAn entry of the Dispense Cabinets Events section has the Ignored status if you ignored the data sync. For example, if ezyVet could not sync data to the CUBEX system and you do not want to sync the data again, you can ignore it. As a result, the entry has the Ignored status.
CompleteAn entry of the Dispense Cabinets Events section has the Complete status if:
  • ezyVet synced the data to the CUBEX system
  • The CUBEX system synced the data to ezyVet
UnallocatedAn entry of the Dispense Cabinets Events section has the Unallocated status if you use the CUBEX system to make a temporary patient record.
Note: After you make ezyVet records or merge the temporary patient records with ezyVet records, the entry has the Complete status.
