Patient information sync between ezyVet and the CUBEX system
ezyVet and the CUBEX system
can sync information between the two systems. Before you can use a CUBEX cabinet to dispense products for a patient's clinical
care, you must sync patient information from ezyVet to the CUBEX system.
After you sync the patient information to a CUBEX system, the
cabinet shows the:
Patient name
Patient's date of birth
Patient weight
Patient sex
Patient owner name
Clinical record number

There are two methods that you can use to sync patient information to the CUBEX system:
Use an appointment status
Manually sync a clinical record
Appointment status method
When you make an appointment, you can make a related clinical record. ezyVet automatically syncs the related clinical record
to the CUBEX system when you change the appointment
status of the appointment to:
In Waiting Room
In Consultation
In Procedure
In Discharge
In Hospital
Admit for Surgery
Note: You cannot use a custom appointment status to sync a patient's clinical
record to the CUBEX system.
Manual sync method
Patient records and clinical records have a Send to Cubex button. Use the
Send to Cubex button to manually sync a clinical record
to the CUBEX system.
