General steps to use VetEnvoy with ezyVet

It is important to know the general steps to configure and use VetEnvoy with ezyVet.

This table gives each general step and the applicable documentation:

1ezyVet customer support enables the E-Claims (full client payment) module.Not applicable.
2A practice manager completes the sign-up procedure for VetEnvoy.Refer to www.vetenvoy.com.
Note: During sign-up, make sure that you select ezyVet as the applicable practice information management system.

  1. Makes a decision about which insurance companies to use with VetEnvoy
  2. Makes a dedicated supplier contact record for each insurance company
  3. Makes a dedicated supplier contact record for the VetEnvoy integration
