Supplier contact records of VetEnvoy insurance companies
When a practice manager configures the VetEnvoy integration, the integration shows each insurance company that you can use with VetEnvoy. The name of each insurance company has a box that the practice manager uses to select a supplier contact record for the insurance company. Thus, before a practice manager configures the VetEnvoy integration, they make a dedicated supplier contact record for each insurance company that they want to use with VetEnvoy.
For example, if you want to use Ageas insurance with
VetEnvoy:
- Make a dedicated supplier contact record for Ageas
- When you configure the VetEnvoy integration, select the supplier contact record in the Ageas Pet Insurance box
Note: To configure the VetEnvoy
integration correctly, it must have a dedicated supplier contact record that is not
the same as the contact records of the insurance companies.
