You can use applicable clinical records of a patient to quickly and easily send insurance eligibility information to Trupanion.

1. Select Clinical.
   
2. In the left sidebar, find and select the applicable clinical record.
   ezyVet shows settings and information of the clinical record.
3. In the left sidebar, select EXAM DAY OFFER.
   
   ezyVet automatically shows a Trupanion Exam Day Offer dialog box. The dialog box shown is related to how much applicable data that the patient record has.
4. Enter the information that each dialog box tells you to enter, then select Send.
