Send insurance eligibility information to Trupanion from a saved appointment
To know if a patient is eligible for insurance, Trupanion must have insurance eligibility information about the patient. If Trupanion makes a decision that the patient is eligible, Trupanion sends an Exam Day Offer to the client.
Make sure that your ezyVet site has a configured Trupanion integration
- Select Dashboard.
- Select Calendar.ezyVet shows the calendar.
- Right-click the appointment and select .ezyVet automatically shows a Trupanion Exam Day Offer dialog box. The dialog box shown is related to how much applicable data that the patient record has.
