Get access to information about a patient's Exam Day Offers from Trupanion
If your organization uses the Trupanion integration, ezyVet records information about Exam Day Offers. ezyVet records the information after a client gives approval to send their insurance eligibility information to Trupanion. And ezyVet also records the information if a client does not give approval to send their insurance eligibility information to Trupanion.
- Make sure that you configured:
- The Trupanion Vet Portal integration
- The integration for Trupanion exam day offers
- Make sure that you know the patient record of the person who accepted or declined the insurance program offer
- Select Patients.The left sidebar shows the patient records of your site.
- Select Insurance.
