Cancellation of GapOnly e-claims

It is possible that a client cannot wait for PetSure to accept a GapOnly e-claim. And the client will make a decision to pay the full quantity of the invoice for your organization's products or services. As result, you must cancel the e-claim.

To cancel the e-claim correctly:
  1. Find and open the applicable invoice.
  2. Select the Make Payment button and receive the full payment from the client.
After you receive the full payment, ezyVet shows a pop-up window that has the text confirm that final payment has been made:

If you select Yes, ezyVet tells PetSure to stop its checks of the e-claim. Thus, the e-claim is canceled. If necessary, PetSure will make payments to the client directly.
