ezyVet shows a breed has not been mapped error
Do this troubleshooting if ezyVet shows this error when you try to send a diagnostic test request to IDEXX Reference Laboratories:
- This Diagnostic Request cannot be sent to IDEXX Reference US because the animal breed has not been mapped to an IDEXX Reference US breed.
The IDEXX Reference Laboratories integration does not have the necessary breed mapping
Do the procedure given in Do diagnostics breed mapping for one breed for the applicable breed.
