Add an add-on test to a diagnostic request for IDEXX Reference Laboratories
If necessary, you can add an add-on diagnostic test to a diagnostic request that you sent to IDEXX Reference Laboratories.
Tip: You can use the Work List dashboard tab to find and show all diagnostic requests that do not have diagnostic results. Each diagnostic request that the Work List dashboard tab shows has a link that you can select to open the applicable clinical record.
- Select Clinical.The left sidebar shows clinical records of your ezyVet site.
- Select Diagnostics and Treatments.Trouble: If ezyVet does not show the Diagnostics and Treatments button, select View By Group:
- Go to the Diagnostic Request section.
- Select the VetConnect PLUS button that shows adjacent to the applicable diagnostic request.ezyVet shows a Finalize request in IDEXX VetConnect PLUS - Reference dialog box.
- Select Order.The dialog box shows a confirmation message:
