After a practice manager makes a quick reply, staff can select and use it for text messaging in the Vello inbox.

1. Open Vello from ezyVet.
2. In the left sidebar, select Text Configuration.
   
   Vello shows a Text Configuration screen.
3. Select Create New.
   
   Vello shows a New Quick Reply pop-up window.
4. In the Name box, enter the name of the quick reply message.
   
5. In the Content box, enter the message content.
   
6. Select Save.
   
   Vello shows a Quick reply saved successfully confirmation message:
7. Select Publish Changes.
