After you activate text messaging, you can use Vello to send text messages to clients and receive text messages back. And Vello can use text messages to send appointment reminders and medical service reminders.

1. Open Vello from ezyVet.
2. In the left sidebar, select Text Configuration.
   

   Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the text configuration button:
   
   
   Vello shows a Text Configuration screen.
3. Set Text Messages to Enable.
   
4. Select Publish Changes.
