If a practice manager does not want staff to use a quick reply, they can remove it from Vello. As a result, the Vello inbox does not show the quick reply as available to select.

1. Open Vello from ezyVet.
2. In the left sidebar, select Text Configuration.
   
   Vello shows a Text Configuration screen.
3. Adjacent to the applicable quick reply, select Delete.
   
   Vello shows a Delete Quick Reply dialog box.
4. Select Yes, I'm Sure.
