Remove a quick reply

If a practice manager does not want staff to use a quick reply, they can remove it from Vello. As a result, the Vello inbox does not show the quick reply as available to select.

To remove a quick reply, do this procedure.

Open Vello from ezyVet.
In the left sidebar, select Text Configuration.
Vello shows a Text Configuration screen.
Adjacent to the applicable quick reply, select Delete.
Vello shows a Delete Quick Reply dialog box.
Select Yes, I'm Sure.
Vello shows a Quick reply deleted successfully confirmation message:

Vello does not have the quick reply.
