Before Vello can automatically send out-of-office autoreplies, a practice manager must activate the feature.

1. Open Vello from ezyVet.
2. In the left sidebar, select Text Configuration.
   
   Vello shows a Text Configuration screen.
3. Set Out of Office Responses to Enable.
   
4. Select Publish Changes.
