Use a sales template to make an estimate

To make it easier to add many items to an estimate, use a sales template.

  • Make sure that ezyVet has an applicable sales template with the estimate items that you want
  • Make sure that you know:
    • How to get an in-person signature for an estimate
    • How to send an estimate for an electronic signature with SMS or email
To make an estimate, do this procedure.
  1. Select Clinical.

  2. In the left sidebar, find and select the applicable clinical record.
    ezyVet shows settings and information of the clinical record.
  3. Select New Estimate.

    ezyVet shows the New Estimate screen.
  4. In the Estimate Name box, enter an applicable name.
  5. Use the Expiration date box to select an expiration date for the estimate.
  6. Make other settings as necessary, then select Create.

  7. Select + Sales Template.

  8. In the Template box, find and select the applicable sales template.

  9. Do a check of the template items and adjust the Low qty and High qty values as necessary.

  10. Select Done.
ezyVet adds the sales template items to the estimate:

  1. Do a check of the estimate and make changes as necessary
  2. Select Share with client and send the estimate with SMS or email, or get an in-person signature from the client
