Make a site diagnostic test

After you make a site diagnostic test, staff can select it for diagnostic requests.

  • Make sure that you know the function of site diagnostic tests and diagnostic products
  • Make sure that your ezyVet site has a dedicated supplier contact record for the diagnostic test
  • Make a diagnostic product for the site diagnostic test
  • If applicable, add the necessary diagnostics requisition form to your site for the diagnostic test
To make a test, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Clinical.

  3. Select Site Diagnostics.

    ezyVet shows New Site Diagnostic screen.
  4. In the Code box, enter a code for the test.
  5. In the Name box, enter a name for the test.

  6. In the Supplier box, select the applicable supplier contact record for the diagnostic test.
  7. In the Primary Billing Trigger box, select the applicable diagnostic product.

    Note: To add more billing trigger products, select the green plus button.
  8. If applicable, use the Form box to select an applicable diagnostics requisition form.
  9. If applicable, select the plus button that is adjacent to Diagnostic Test Range to configure a test range for the test.

  10. Select Save.
