Add a diagnostics requisition form to a site diagnostic
After a practice manager adds a requisition form to a site diagnostic record, staff can select the form when they make diagnostic requests (for example, for diagnostic test requests or for diagnostic imaging requests).
Make sure that your ezyVet site has the applicable diagnostics requisition form.
Note: This procedure is not applicable to supplied diagnostic tests.
- Select Admin.
- In the settings list, select Clinical.
- Select Site Diagnostics.The left sidebar shows the site diagnostic records of your ezyVet site.
- In the Diagnostic Form box, select the applicable requisition form.
