RocketPACS and diagnostic imaging requests
For staff to send diagnostic imaging requests to RocketPACS, a practice manager makes site diagnostic tests in ezyVet. Staff select an applicable site diagnostic test when they send a diagnostic request.
Note: Site diagnostic tests are necessary for RocketPACS because RocketPACS
does not include supplied diagnostic
tests.
The table that follows gives the settings and functions that are applicable to site
diagnostic tests for RocketPACS diagnostic imaging requests.
A practice manager uses the table when they make a site diagnostic test for RocketPACS.

| Code | Use Code to enter a code for the type of
diagnostic imaging. Important: Do
not enter a code that is more than 16 characters. If you enter
more than 16 characters, ezyVet
cannot send diagnostic imaging requests to RocketPACS. |
| Name | Use Name to enter a name for the type of diagnostic imaging. |
| Supplier | Use Supplier to select an applicable
supplier contact record for the modality that you want to use. And
make sure that you select the same supplier contact record of the
RocketPACS integration that is
configured for the applicable modality. For example:
Note: Make sure that only RocketPACS uses each supplier
contact record that you make and use for RocketPACS modalities. Do not
select supplier contact records that other integrations
use.
Note: If ezyVet does not have a supplier contact record for a modality
that you want to use with RocketPACS, make one.
