About changes to your ezyVet site prefix
If necessary, ezyVet customer support can change the name of your ezyVet site prefix. For example, if your organization changes its name or the address is incorrect, ezyVet customer support can change the site prefix.
Before you speak to ezyVet customer support, make a decision
about the new name for your site prefix. Your site prefix:
- Can only have letters and numbers
- Cannot have more than 16 characters
- Cannot have special characters (for example, @ or !)
