The cause of the bounce message is the configuration of Gmail's systems.To prevent the bounce message, a practice manager can configure an ezyVet email template with information that is applicable to Gmail. As a result, clients who use Gmail can send a reply.

Configure a dedicated email template

A practice manager or a person with the necessary permissions.
