Email or fax communication records show SMTP Error: Could not authenticate

The applicable email account has incorrect SMTP settings

If you configure a fax provider that is different to ezyVet's standard fax providers, you must also enter SMTP settings for a related email account. If the SMTP settings are incorrect, ezyVet will not send the fax.

Correct the SMTP settings

Refer to the documentation for the email account and get the correct SMTP settings.
Note: Because the email account is not an ezyVet account , ezyVet customer support cannot help you with problems that are related to the account. If necessary, speak to your IT staff.

ezyVet's standard fax provider has a problem

If your site uses an ezyVet standard fax provider, it is possible that the standard fax provider has a problem.
