The Review Details screen
The Review Details screen shows information about an appointment (for example, the patients of the appointment and the type of appointment). Use the Review Details screen to do a check of the appointment before you complete it.

2 | The selected patient. ezyVet Go shows:

3 | The Reason for Appointment box. Use the Reason for Appointment box to enter information about why the appointment is necessary. |
4 | The Primary Resource* box. Use the Primary Resource* box to enter the veterinarian of the appointment. |
5 | The Additional Resources* box. Use the Primary Resource* box to enter additional staff or equipment is related to the appointment. |
6 | The Appointment Type* box. Use the Appointment Type* box to select the appointment type. |
7 | The configured billing triggers of the selected appointment type. You can:

8 | The Consult Notes box. ezyVet Go syncs the information that you enter in the Consult Notes box to the Presenting Problems record in ezyVet. |
9 | The quantity of products that you added to the appointment. |
10 | The other patients of the appointment. ezyVet Go only shows the other patients of the appointment if you added the patients to the appointment. |
11 | The Continue button. Select the Continue button to see the Estimate screen. |
12 | Select the add signature button to show the Signature screen. Use the Signature screen to add a client's signature to an appointment (for example, to show that they accept the estimate of the invoice). |
