Vello Postcards: In the Postcards section of the Medical Service Reminders screen, you can select See more to show postcard cost information:
Mass Communications (beta feature): A practice manager can use the Mass Communications feature to make an email and send it to all clients at the same time. Examples of content that you can send with the Mass Communications feature include:
- Newsletters
- Promotions
- Information about changes to your practice open hours
- Information about staff changes (for example, new staff announcements)
Note: The Mass Communications beta feature is available only for specified customers. For documentation about the feature: Vello Mass Communications
Online scheduling: In the Appointment Requests screen, you can set Appointment Length to 10 minutes for wellness visits and sick visits. As a result, Vello's online scheduling system shows clients the 10 minute appointment periods that are available for appointment requests.
