Changes to medical service reminders
In the Schedule section of the Medical Service Reminders screen, Vello has three available intervals that you can select to automatically send medical service reminders and postcards.The intervals that you can select are:
- Two months before a service is due
- One month before a service is due
- One month after a service is due
Previously, Vello sent:
- Medical service reminders at all of the intervals
- Postcards one month before a service is due

Other changes
Appointment requests with planning guides is available for all customers. Previously, the feature was available in beta for specified customers only. For more information, refer to Planning guides as a method to configure available appointment times.
