A practice manager can configure ezyVet to automatically change the sex of a patient after they receive a spay or neuter procedure. As a result, it is not necessary for staff to manually change the patient sex when they use the procedure in an invoice.

1. Select Admin.
   
2. In the settings list, select Clinical.
   
3. Select Therapeutics / Procedures.
   
   ezyVet shows the configured clinical procedures of your site.
4. Find and select the applicable procedure.
   ezyVet shows the procedure settings.
5. Double-click in the Billing Triggers box.
   
   ezyVet shows a record tab that has the settings of the financial product of the procedure.
6. In the Properties section, set De-Sexes Patient to Yes.
   
7. Select Save.
   
   ezyVet shows a confirmation message:
