Clinical records can have file attachments of patients' clinical information. If necessary, you can send a file attachment in an email directly from the applicable clinical record.

1. Select Clinical.
   
   The left sidebar shows clinical records of your ezyVet site.
2. Find and select the applicable clinical record.
3. Select Attachment.
   
4. Select Send Email.
   
   ezyVet shows the New Communication dialog box.
5. To select who receives the email, select the arrow of the applicable email address shown under the Destinations box.
   
6. If necessary, use the Email Template box to select an applicable email template.
   
7. In the Attachments box, select the applicable file attachment.
   
8. Enter an email subject and other information as necessary.
9. Select Send.
