ezyVet shows a default billing triggers mapped error when you try to disable a product

Do this troubleshooting if ezyVet shows There are default billing triggers mapped to this product when you try to disable a product:
A There are default billing triggers mapped to this product error
Note: The error also shows the name of the applicable billing trigger (for example, Therapeutic-Ear clean (moderate).

The product has a relation with a billing triggerCopy

Remove the relation with the billing triggerCopy

A practice manager or a person with the necessary administrator permissions must do these steps.

  1. Select Related Records.
    The Related Records tab
  2. Set Related Records to Default Billing Triggers.

    ezyVet shows the billing trigger records that have a relation to the product.
  3. Select the applicable billing trigger.

    ezyVet shows a dialog box that has configuration of the billing trigger.
  4. Select the red cross that is adjacent to the Billing Triggers box to remove the product.

    Note: As an alternative, you can select a different product in the Billing Triggers box.
  5. Select Update.

    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

  6. If necessary, do steps 3 thru 5 again for the remaining billing triggers.
  7. Try to disable the product again.
