Deactivate an inventory count
If necessary, you can deactivate an inventory count. For example, if you did the inventory count for an incorrect inventory location, you can deactivate the inventory count. As a result, ezyVet does not change the inventory count of the products of the applicable inventory location.
- Make sure that the inventory count is not approved.Note: After you approve an inventory count, you cannot:
- Unapprove it
- Deactivate it
- Make changes to its information
Thus, if you approve an inventory count that is not accurate, you must make a different inventory count record with correct information.
- Make sure that your user account has the permission
- Select Financial.
- Select Inventory Count.
- Select the arrow of the Approve button.ezyVet shows the Disable button.
