The Groupable setting of a tag category
Each tag category has a Groupable setting in its configuration. The Groupable setting controls if staff can use more than one tag of the tag category at the same time.
The practice manager makes a Customer region tag category. They set the Groupable setting of the tag category to NO. The practice manager adds new tags in the tag category. Each new tag has the name of an applicable region (for example, North Shore, Central, and Wellington).
Next, the practice manager configures ezyVet to show the Customer region tag category in contact records. Then, then they open each client contact record and add the tag that is applicable to the client’s region.
When Callisto Vets does reporting, they can use the tag filters of the reports to easily get the region information of all clients.
