Manually send one postcard

If necessary, you can send a postcard to one client only.

  • Make sure that your ezyVet site has a configured postcard template
  • Make sure that your site has a configured postcard integration
To manually send one postcard to the owner of a patient, do this procedure.
  1. Select Patients.
    The Patients tab
  2. Find and select the applicable patient record.
    ezyVet shows the settings of the patient record.
  3. Select Communication.

  4. In the Communication Methods section, select the Postcard button.

  5. Adjacent to Communication, select the plus button.

    ezyVet shows the New Communication dialog box.
  6. In the Postcard Template box, select the applicable postcard template.

  7. In the Delivery Address box, select the address that ezyVet will send the postcard to.

  8. Select Preview Postcard.

  9. In the Date and Time boxes, enter the date and time that ezyVet will send the postcard.

  10. Set Status to Sending.

  11. In the Postcard Template box, select the applicable postcard template.

  12. In the Delivery Address box, select the address that ezyVet will send the postcard to.

  13. Select Send.
