After a practice manager makes a clinical template available to use with a diagnostic interpretation request, staff can select the template when they make an interpretation request.

1. Select Admin.
   
2. In the settings list, select Templates.
   
3. Select Clinical Templates.
   
   ezyVet shows a New Template screen.
4. In the Name box, enter a name for the clinical template.
5. Select For Interpretation Content.
   
6. In the Plaintext box, enter the information that the template shows when staff use the clinical template.
   Tip: Enter content that is applicable to the type of diagnostic interpretation request that you want to use with the clinical template.
7. Select Save.
