Before your organization can use IDEXX Web PACS for digital imaging, a practice manager must configure the applicable diagnostic codes. Staff select the diagnostic codes when they send a diagnostic imaging request to IDEXX Web PACS. Each diagnostic code also has a related product that ezyVet uses for invoicing the diagnostic code.

1. Select Admin.
   
2. In the settings list, select Products.
   
   ezyVet shows a New Product screen.
3. In the Product Code box, enter an applicable diagnostic code.
   
4. In the Product Name box, enter a name for the diagnostic code.
   
5. Use the Primary Group box to select an applicable product group (for example, Radiography).
6. In the Department box of the Pricing section, select the department that the product is available in.
   

   Note: ezyVet only shows the Department box if your ezyVet has a department configuration.
7. In the Cost box, enter a cost for the diagnostic code.
8. In the Tax Rate box, select an applicable tax rate.
9. In the Properties section, set Type to Diagnostic.
   
10. In the Properties section, set Auto-generate a Site Diagnostic to Yes.
    
11. Select Save.
    
    The Properties section shows a Diagnostic box that has the name of the new diagnostic code.
12. Double-click in the Diagnostic box.
    
    ezyVet shows a dialog box that has the settings of the diagnostic code.
13. In the Supplier box, select the applicable supplier contact record of the IDEXX Web PACS integration.
    
14. Select Update.
