End-of-year tasks with ezyVet
Use ezyVet to quickly and easily do usual end-of-year tasks and reporting.
Find inactive clients
An inactive client is a client that your organization did not recently invoice. A list of inactive clients can help your organization keep accurate data for reporting and messaging (for example, end-of-year emails).
For more information, refer to Get a list of inactive clients.
Get a list of client email addresses
A list of client email addresses can help with marketing or messaging tasks. For example, you can use the email addresses with a marketing mailing list or for an end-of-year message.
For more information, refer to Get a list of client email addresses.
Send an end-of-year email to clients
To send an email to many clients at the same time, you can use the Records dashboard tab. As a result, it is not necessary to send one email to each client each time. For more information, refer to Send an email to many clients at the same time.
Email messages that you send from ezyVet use an email template. An email template has the content and formatting for a related type of email message (for example, an email statement). Thus, make sure that the email template that you use for end-of-year emails has applicable content and formatting.
Prevent appointments during staff vacation
You can make a planning guide for staff vacation times. The planning guide tells other staff not to schedule appointments during the vacation times. To make it easier to set the planning guide for staff, you can use a planning guide template. After a practice manager makes a planning guide template, they can set it for a staff member. As a result, ezyVet automatically makes planning guide entries in the staff member's calendar.
For more information, refer to Make and set a planning guide template.
Do end-of-year reporting
An end-of-year report helps make sure that your organization has accurate records for invoices, payments, and inventory. End-of-year reporting in ezyVet uses a set of reports and related tasks.
