For correct operation of the VetLab Station integration, a practice manager must enable the applicable VetConnect PLUS account.

Make sure that you have a VetConnect PLUS account
Make sure that you know the administrator username and password of the VetConnect PLUS account
Make sure that you have physical access to the applicable VetLab Station

To enable the account, do this procedure.

On the home screen of the VetLab Station, select Settings.
Select VetConnect PLUS.
Select Activate VetConnect PLUS.
Use the User ID box and Password box to enter the administrator username and password of the VetConnect PLUS account.
Select Next.
