Settings of the IDEXX VetLab Station integration and different ezyVet departments

A practice manager can configure more than one IDEXX VetLab Station integration for an ezyVet site. For example, they can configure the IDEXX VetLab Station integration for each department of their organization. The configured integrations automatically receive changes to some settings that a practice manager makes for one of the configured integrations.

The Callisto Vets practice manager configures the IDEXX VetLab Station integration for the North Shore department and for the Botany department. Then, the practice manager:
  1. Opens the settings of the integration that they configured for the North Shore department
  2. Sets the Update products for supplied diagnostics setting to YES
  3. Selects Save
As a result, the Update products for supplied diagnostics setting in the configured IDEXX VetLab Station integration for the Botany department also changes to YES.
This list gives each setting of the IDEXX VetLab Station integration that all configured IDEXX VetLab Station integrations receive the same changes for:
  • Supplier box
  • Product Group box
  • Customized Name box
  • Prefix for Product Codes box
  • Auto-update diagnostic names when imported from web service setting
  • Auto-enable new diagnostics when imported from web service setting
  • Auto-create products for supplied diagnostics setting
  • Update products for supplied diagnostics setting
