To use IDEXX Reference Laboratories to do a diagnostic test, you must send a diagnostic test request.

1. Select Clinical.
   
   The left sidebar shows clinical records of your ezyVet site.
2. In the left sidebar, find and select the applicable clinical record.
   ezyVet shows settings and information of the clinical record.
3. Select Diagnostics and Treatments.
   
   Trouble: If ezyVet does not show the Diagnostics and Treatments button, select View By Group:
   
   
4. Adjacent to Diagnostic Request, select the plus button.
   
   ezyVet shows a New Diagnostic Request dialog box.
5. In the Vet box, select the applicable veterinarian.
   
6. In the Diagnostic Supplier box, select the applicable supplier contact record of the IDEXX Reference Laboratories integration.
   
7. In the Diagnostics boxes, select each diagnostic test that you want.
   
8. Make the remaining settings as necessary.
9. Select Add.
   
   ezyVet shows the Finalise request in IDEXX VetConnect Plus dialog box.
10. Use the screens that the dialog box shows to make the necessary settings and to enter the applicable information.
    Note: The screens that the Finalise request in IDEXX VetConnect Plus dialog box shows are applicable to the tests of step 7 that you selected.

    Tip: You can use the Finalise request in IDEXX VetConnect Plus to add more diagnostic tests to your initial diagnostic test request.
11. Select Order.
    

ezyVet sends the diagnostic request to IDEXX Reference Laboratories. ezyVet shows the diagnostic request in the Diagnostic Request section:
